Sex Education… Monty Python Style!
Posted: April 1, 2011 Filed under: Cringe, Funny, Rude, Uncategorized Leave a commentIt’s simple. Either you’re old enough to remember Monty Python, or you were intrigued enough to blow the dust of your mum and dads video cassettes. If you just don’t know what the hell I’m on about – Stay with me here.
This video shows a clip from the legendary 1983 film ‘Monty Python’s Meaning of Life.’ The clip depicts possibly one of the most famous and notable moments of television history. John Cleese uses a somewhat unusual, shocking and thoroughly cringe-worthy method of teaching sex education. Forget dolls, biology videos and anything thing else remotely normal. John Cleese erects a 4 poster bed and has full (step by step) sex with his assistant in front of a rather uncomfortable class of ‘teenage’ boys, although some looked like they reached puberty 15 year earlier!
Fantastic, hilarious and dare I say, groundbreaking for the age. 28 years later, this clip is still excellent. In fact I suggest you do one better… buy the digitally remastered DVD and laugh from beginning to end.
Funniest adverts
Posted: April 1, 2011 Filed under: Uncategorized Leave a commentI’m not one to sit down and watch adverts when they come on, that’s why I prefer the good old BBC channels with no interruptions.
However, when I do manage to watch them, I notice there are some quite hilarious adverts that make me come alive again after watching an episode of Emmerdale. I’ve had several observations about annoying adverts as well.
“Go compare, go compare!”
These adverts have a way of getting stuck in my head. As much as I hate them, I still find myself doing a little sing-along in my living room.
These are the adverts we all love to hate.
Moving on to the funniest adverts. There are the ones that makes you ask yourselves, “why would he do that”?
Like this…
There are some that are just over exaggerated, and that make you think “how the hell can babies dance like that? Oh please!”
Like this…
You might as well watch the interview after the making of the masterpiece advert.
Lastly, there are ones that you’re probably still trying to figure out what the point of was, how do they relate to the product? I know I do.
This is the ‘Cactus kid’ advert by Oasis where the young girl gets pregnant.
Don’t worry, the advert’s been banned so there’s no way your little girl will be doing a runner with a Cactus kid.
They eventually had a Baby Cactus.

We have to give advertisers a little credit, they do try.

Eruchi’s mad mix
Posted: March 31, 2011 Filed under: Uncategorized Leave a commentIn my previous ‘own content’, I danced to ‘Tribal skank’ which got a lot of comments on Facebook. What does this show? Could it be that people enjoy acting funny on YouTube just to get noticed or what?
From my experience, that seems to be the case.
So, I decided to make another video of me dancing to Ciara’s ‘1,2 step’,
Hope I get noticed.
My Chick Bad… Masturbation Parody

Parody; [par-uh-dee]–noun 1. a humorous or satirical imitation of a serious piece of literature, writing or music.
Copyright; copy·right (-rīt′)-noun 1. the exclusive right to the publication, production, or sale of the rights to a literary, dramatic, musical, or artistic work.
Infringement; in·fringe·ment (in-fringment) noun. 1. A violation, as of a law, regulation, or agreement; a breach.
Copyright Infringement is a simple but biblically confusing way of saying that you copied someone’s work and didn’t pay for the privilege. All things considered, copyright is a very complex way of protecting your own creations. It protects the interests of the artist/creator and ensures that all royalties are paid. In recent months, the Music industry has taken steps to bring legal action to prolific ‘infringers’. The debate is simple. Is it infringement if there is no profit to be gained? This video simply doesn’t care.
To keep in-line with my new laddish angle, I’ve decided to post about a topic that’s close to every lads heart. Masturbation. This parody of ‘My Chick Bad’, by Ludacris and Niki Minaj, takes the p**s. Throwing the original words away and replacing them with a comical flow of profanities, this video will make you chuckle. Simple and amusing, it is one of the better written and punchier ‘rude’ parodies around. Although the video was a bit ‘2mp cameraish’. The masturbation angle gives it the cheeky humour that puts up two fingers to the rules.
Stupid but funny
Posted: March 25, 2011 Filed under: Uncategorized Leave a commentHere are some videos of things that we might find so stupid and pointless…
…yet can’t help but laugh at.
But are we laughing at them or with them? You decide.

And this…
WARNING: Hope this doesn’t offend anyone, as I said, it’s funny stuff. You can’t help but laugh it off.
Getting the Hump… Chinese Style
Posted: March 25, 2011 Filed under: Cars, Uncategorized Leave a commentAs VidPick’s only resident male, I think its only right that I come over all ‘laddish’ for a few moments, and feature a couple of car videos on the blog. Unfortunately however, we’re about to begin on rather a sour note.
Behind the above video link, lies quite possibly the most disturbing scenes you have ever seen. Whether you’re a car lover or hater, I’m sure as a red-blooded person you can appreciate the beauty of a Supercar. Fast, glamorous and exclusive, supercar ownership is just a dream to mere mortals such as you and I. Which is why this video is even more painful to watch.
Picture this: Man with (ahem) too much flipping money goes to work one day in his £150,000 Lamborghini Gallardo. Said Gallardo breaks down. Aforementioned man proceeds to hire a team to smash the Gallardo to a unreconisable wreck, to highlight his displeasure.
Deeply unsettling stuff… Prepare to be shocked into silence.
